Wine Review: This opaque and dark purple colored Malbec from Salta opens with a fragrant boysenberry and blackberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium to full bodied, balanced and savory. The flavor profile is a cedar plank influenced blackberry with notes of black olive, beef stick and minerality. The finish is dry and its flavors and mild tannins are nicely prolonged. This is a hearty Malbec that would pair nicely with a beef stew. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Brilliant ruby color with violet edges. Strawberries, raspberries and ripe fruit with touch of pepper and spices aromas and elegant floral notes. In mouth, flavors of red fruit, spice and hints of vanilla from aging in French oak. Very nice freshness. Round, soft tannins lead to a delicate, lingering finish.
