Wine Review: This dark red colored Pinot Noir from Anaba is very nice. It opens with a pleasant mild black raspberry bouquet with hints of cola. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and savory. The flavor profile is a tasty black plum and black raspberry blend with hints of cinnamon, oak and strawberry licorice. The finish is dry and drifts away nicely. This is a very friendly Pinot, that will be a crowd pleaser. It won’t last long. I would pair it with rabbit cacciatore. Enjoy – Ken
