It was light yellow colored and opens with a very fragrant and attractive apricot bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced, concentrated, and perfectly sweet. The flavor profile is a delicious rich apricot with a touch of mild green apple. The finish is sweet and lingers very nicely. I thought it would be a perfect compliment to lemon meringue pie.
