Wine Review: This opaque and dark ruby colored wine opens with cherry cola bouquet with a hint of menthol. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and smooth. The flavor profile is a tasty black currant and black cherry blend with nicely integrated old oak and a hint of black plum and red licorice towards the end. The finish is dry and its sticky tannins are nicely prolonged. This wine is very food friendly and would be perfect with wild boar ragu in served over fresh penne. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Colour: Very intense ruby red. Bouquet: Rich and ample where the complementary varietal characters of Cabernet and Syrah create an explosion of sensations. Taste: Full, powerful, muscular, but balanced. Great finish.
