Wine Review: This dark ruby colored wine opens with an attractive black cherry bouquet with a hint of old oak. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, well balanced and quite savory. The flavor profile is a tasty blend of black cherry and plum. There are notes of cedar and a hint of blackberry present as well. The finish is rather dry and its moderate tannins drift along nicely. This is a very food friendly wine that would pair well with meat lasagna. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Color: Deep and intense mauve red. Bouquet: Gentle aromas of vanilla, tobacco and coffee, with hints of cherry jam and prunes. Taste: Harmonious with soft, well-balanced tannins. Persistent finish and a great potential for aging.
