Wine Review: The white gold colored entry level Pinot Grigio from Beringer is a good value. It opens with a mild pear like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, balanced and easy to drink. The flavor profile is a mild pear with hints of minerality and a touch of apple. The finish is dry and subtle. This wine is food friendly and would pair well with grilled Caesar chicken. Enjoy - Ken
