Wine Review: This light bodied and pale straw colored Sauvignon Blanc from the Cape of Good Hope opens with a shy tropical fruit bouquet that includes pineapple, cantaloupe, herbs and hints of minerality. The lively palate includes tangerines, coconut, pineapples and nice acidity. The finish is a ripe off-dry pineapple that fades away nicely. I would pair this Sauvignon Blanc with a coconut shrimp appetizer. – Joe
