Wine Review: This yellow and slightly cloudy Chardonnay opens with a fragrant and attractive apple and anise bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and savory. The flavor profile is green apple with hints of butterscotch, gentle oak and minerality. The finish is dry and it lingers slightly. The panel suggested pairing this Chard with chicken picatta.
