Wine Review: This white gold colored Riesling from Bollig Lehnert is very good and was a big hit with those who tried it. It opens with musty ripe pear bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly sweet, a touch acidic and juicy. The flavor profile is a ripe Bosc pear with notes of apricot, minerality and Newman’s lemonade. The finish is pleasantly sweet and lingers nicely. This refreshing Riesling would pair well with spring rolls. Enjoy - Ken
