Wine Review: This red colored Brunello opens with an old oak and black cherry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and smooth. The flavor profile is an old oak infused plum with notes of black olive and with hints of black cherry. The finish is dry and its moderate dusty tannins stick around for quite a while. This wine is food friendly and would pair well with sauteed veal medallions with sage and mushrooms. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Color: Intense ruby red with garnet reflections. Bouquet: Ethereal, violet, vanilla with hints of licorice. Taste: Full, soft, velvety, with traces of spice. Perfect with red meats, wild game and aged cheeses.
