Wine Review: This pale yellow colored Pinot Grigio from Banfi opens with a mild wet stone and Anjou pear bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and easy to enjoy. The flavor profile is a mild mineral infused gentle Anjou pear with hints of lime and white pepper. The finish is dry and pleasantly refreshing. This wine is food friendly and would pair well with steamed mussels. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Color: White-gold. Bouquet: Fresh bouquet with notes of pear, banana, peach, anise and honey. Taste: Fruity and crisp, very refreshing. Excellent as an aperitif, or accompaniment to light dishes such as grilled vegetables and pasta primavera, as well as a range of seafood.
