Wine Review: This opaque and pitch black colored Cabernet based Tuscan blend opens with black cherry bouquet with hints of blueberry and touch of root beer. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced, juicy and fruit forward. The flavor profile is a cedar influenced ripe black cherry with notes of blueberry and acai. I also detected hints of fine minerality throughout. The finish is dry and its flavors and moderate tannins are nicely prolonged. This Cab based super Tuscan is food friendly and would pair perfectly with Sicilian braciole, Enjoy - Ken
