Wine Review: This almost clear colored Chenin Blanc from Chappellet opens with a mild white peach and ocean breeze bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, pleasantly acidic and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a tasty lemon verbena and white tea blend with hints of minerality, grapefruit and a dash of white pepper. The finish is dry and it gracefully fades away.
