Wine Review: This ruby red CDP is ready to go. It opens with a pleasant black cherry and red raspberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, very well balanced, elegant, and smooth. The flavor profile is black cherry with notes of oak and spice. The finish is dry and its very fine tannins are gentle, yet lengthy. This wine would pair well with a filet mignon in the near term. Enjoy - Ken
