Wine Review: Serve this very good white Chateauneuf du Pape cool not cold to experience its best characteristics. This wine is white gold colored and opens with an Anjou pear like bouquet with hints of wet stone. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, well balanced, and smooth. The flavor profile is a very tasty Anjou pear with hints of white pepper and a touch of minerality. The finish is dry and very friendly. This wine is elegant and food friendly. I would pair this wine with chicken picatta. Enjoy - Ken
