Wine Review: This well-made white blend from Chateauneuf du Pape is almost clear in the glass. It opens with a floral rose and apple like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a mineral infused Anjou pear with hints of green apple, white pepper and a touch of lime. The finish is dry and its flavors fade away nicely. It would pair this wine with stuffed mushrooms and open an evening gathering with it. Enjoy – Ken
