Wine Review: This little gem was quite a surprise. Made from mostly Pinot Meunier this sparkler is lively and fresh; think spring. With hints of watermelon, strawberries, pomegranate, and the lightest amount of candied pink grapefruit rind this is a perfect late spring and summer sipper. Doesn't have quite the body and depth of some of the Roses coming out of Champagne, but when you consider it is from one of the younger AVAs in the US, all I can say is, "Bravo." Pairs well with fruit salad. - Nicolay

Winemaker Notes: This Cremant style Rose methode champenoise sparkling wine is made from Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir and offers lovely red berry aromas. A sparkling wine that is a palate pleaser year round.
