Wine Review: This dark red colored Cabernet Sauvignon based wine from Saint Julien opens with a cherry-pomegranate bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, very soft and smooth. The flavor profile is a gentle minerality and red plum blend with hints of oak and black currant. The finish is dry and its well-managed moderate tannins are nicely extended. This very nice Bordeaux would pair well with a filet mignon. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Intense color, red fruits bouquet with hints of sous-bois and tobacco. The texture is fleshy and tight, slightly spicy. Tannins are there but the palate is silky and the finish is long and tense.
