Wine Review: This very dark red colored Bordeaux blend from Medoc opens with a faint black cherry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, smooth and nicely balanced with pleasant acidity. The flavor profile is a very tasty mild plum with notes of gentle minerality and oak. The finish is dry and its acidity and well-managed moderate tannins show nice length. This wine would pair well with a New York strip steak. Enjoy – Ken
