Wine Review: This yellow colored Chardonnay from Washington State opens with a pleasant oak, ripe pear and lemon bouquet with a hint of banana. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced, rich and juicy. The flavor profile is an oak driven ripe Bosc pear with notes of walnut and a hint of white peach towards the end. The finish is dry and its flavors fade away nicely. Readers who like this style are going to like it a lot. I would pair it with a chicken and wild mushroom ravioli smothered with a light butter cream sauce. Enjoy - Ken
