Wine Review: This pale yellow colored wine opens with a faint wet stone bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, balanced, and crisp. The flavor profile is a mild lime and mineral blend. The finish is dry and food friendly. This wine would be perfect with broiled scallops. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Accompanies: Seafood, oysters, raw and grilled fish, crab, lobster, and white meat. A perfect apertif too.
