Wine Review: This almost clear cuvee opens with a mild Anjou pear bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, balanced, and easy to drink. The flavor profile is a mineral and green apple blend. There is also a hint of tangerine, capers, and lemon in the background. The finish is dry and very refreshing with lemon notes lingering. This wine would be perfect with trout almondine. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Clayhouse Estate Cuvee Blanc is a Rhone white blend with plenty of up-front tropical and floral fruit aromas from the Viognier, as well as a crisp minerality and mouth-feel contributed by the Roussanne. The crisp finish is full of stone-fruit and light herbal notes.
