Wine Review: This dark ruby colored red blend is a wine that Zin fans will enjoy. It opens with a fragrant ripe dark berry like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with fruit that is forward and ripe, but not jammy. The flavor profile is a juicy boysenberry and raspberry blend with hints of black pepper. The finish is dry and shows very mild tannins. This is a very nice offering that would pair well with a messy rack of barbecue ribs at your favorite pub. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: The Adobe Red is a proprietary blend with ripe flavors of cherry, plum, and vanilla bean, with rich spicy blueberry and cherry notes. The tannins are supple, and the balanced oak character adds additional vanilla notes.
