Wine Review: This dark red colored red blend from California opens with cranberry and tangerine bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and juicy. The flavor profile is cranberry and tart cherry blend with notes of minerality and oak. I also detected hints of cinnamon and plum. The finish is dry and its mild tannins stick around for a little while. This good value Mourvedre based blend would pair nicely with a pulled pork sandwich. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: A blend of Mourvedre, Syrah, and Grenache combine for seductive flavors cherry, raspberry and chocolate, with hints of cracked black pepper and plum. A versatile red, Cashmere is an outstanding choice with grilled salmon, pork roast, or duck.
