On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and balanced. The flavor profile is a tasty butterscotch with a hint of Bosc pear and oak. The finish is dry and pleasant. This nice value Chard would pair well with chicken Alfredo. Winemaker Notes: Aromas of baked apple, honeysuckle, nutmeg, and a touch of mineral introduce this elegant yet racy, medium-bodied Chardonnay.
