Wine Review: This dark red colored wine from Washington State open with a musty cranberry and cherry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and smooth. The flavor profile is a red raspberry and vanilla oak blend with notes of strawberry and a touch of plum, minerality and herbal tea. The finish is dry and its mild tannins linger briefly. This good value Cab Franc based wine would pair well with grilled German sausages. Enjoy - Ken
