Wine Review: This almost clear wine does display a tinge of straw coloration. It opens with a mild green pear bouquet with a floral hint and touch of strawberry. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, lively and fresh. The flavor profile is a very mild mineral infused Anjou pear with a hint of Granny Smith apple. The finish is dry and subtle. The panel suggested pairing this Gavi with a spring rolls or crab Rangoon. Enjoy - KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: La Rocca is pale yellow in color with subtle greenish reflections. It is fresh and delicate on the nose with hints of citrus. On the palate, it is crisp, light, and dry with balanced acidity and a delicate finish. Recommended with antipasti, salads, vegetable based soups, seafood, and lightly grilled white meats.
