Wine Review: This pale straw colored Moscato is a very good value. It opens with a mild apricot and pear bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, pleasantly sweet and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a ripe lemon and ginger blend with notes of tangerine and mild minerality. The finish is dry and its sweet flavors linger and last for a while. This Moscato would be a very nice aperitif. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Minimal aging results in a bright yellow color with pale golden hues and a fine perlage. The bouquet is refreshing and delicate with aromas of peach, pear and the textbook citrus blossom, typical of Moscato. Moncalvina is an elegant, slightly sweet and sparkling wine. Captivating and fun to drink, Moncalvina is recommended with light pastries, Panettone (Italian Christmas cake) or simply on its own.
