Wine Review: This very dark ruby colored Pinot Noir from Cristom is very good. It opens with an oak and black currant bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced and rich for a Pinot. The flavor profile is a tasty black raspberry and oak blend with notes of strawberry and black cherry. The finish is dry and its flavors and mild tannins linger nicely. This Pinot would pair well with beef bourguignon. Enjoy - Ken
