Wine Review: This light yellow colored Chardonnay from the Sonoma Coast opens with a grapefruit and pear like bouquet with a hint of lemon. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, rather acidic and bright. That said, it nicely coats the mouth and has roundness to it. The flavor profile is a mild mineral infused lemon and green apple blend with hints of apricot and touch of butter. The finish is dry and its flavors fade away nicely. This Chard would pair well with grilled red snapper with a lemon butter sauce. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Luminescent pastel gold in color, this chardonnay has an aromatic mélange of stone fruit with hints of lemon zest. The juicy palate is filled with slowly unfolding layers of gala apple, nectarine, and apricot with subtle notes of brioche & lees. The round texture is accentuated by vibrant acidity and a pronounced, mineral-driven finish.
