Wine Review: This wine is truly Darioush's "Signature" wine. It is a very dark opaque purple colored wine that opens with a black cherry bouquet with notes of spice and licorice. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, very well balanced, and ultra smooth. The flavor profile is a dusty black cherry with notes of oak, spice, and black pepper. The finish is dry and it's very well managed tannins sail on nicely. Pair this gem with filet mignon and enjoy. - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Enticing aromas of ripe black currant, blueberry, and cacao introduce this bold, yet harmonious wine. A supple and focused palate reveals round flavors of juicy blackberry, cherry, and espresso. Finely knit tannins prolong the elegant, poised finish that is accented by hints of cinnamon, cedar, and nutmeg.
