Wine Review: This slightly cloudy ruby colored Grenache is a cool wine. It opens with a fragrant red raspberry bouquet with a hint of light oak. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, nicely balanced, and elegant. The flavor profile is a very tasty red raspberry with notes of black licorice and cherry vanilla. The finish is dry and its soft mild tannins are slightly extended. This fruit forward and friendly wine would pair well with Memphis styled barbecue ribs. Enjoy – Ken.

Winemaker Notes: Purple with a tinge of red. Aroma: Beautiful fresh blackberry and cassis, hints of lavender and rosemary, peppery, earthy. Taste: Lush, velvety, blackberry and black cherry, black currents, floral, slightly grainy tannins, long, mineral and earthy finish, spicy.
