Wine Review: This pale coral colored wine from Decoy opens with a rose petal and mild strawberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, nicely balanced between its acidity and fruit. The flavor profile is a gentle mineral infused strawberry with notes of red cherry. The finish is dry and its flavors fade away nicely. This Rose will be a crowd pleaser and will be very versatile with food. I would pair this wine with tomato and basil bruschetta. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Our Decoy Rose was inspired by the great roses of Provence. This crisp and elegant rose displays enticing aromas of pink grapefruit and fresh picked strawberries, along with hints of honeydew melon and raspberry. On the palate, it is bright and balanced, with layers of vibrant fruit and subtle notes of minerals and spice.
