Wine Review: This bright red colored Cabernet Sauvignon from Diamond Creek is very good. It opens with a fragrant red raspberry bouquet with a hint of cranberry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and smooth. The flavor profile is cherry-vanilla with a pebbly minerality. I also detected hints of cola and red plum. The finish is dry and it fades away nicely. I would pair this very good Cab offering with a filet mignon. Enjoy – Ken
