Wine Review: This dark ruby red blend opens with a fragrant plum bouquet with a hint of black raspberry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and smooth. The flavor profile is a tasty plum and black cherry blend with a hint of old oak towards the end. The finish is dry and its well managed moderate tannins make it food friendly. This wine would pair well with beef bourguignon. Enjoy – Ken
