Wine Review: This terrific Chateauneuf du Pape opens with a very inviting blueberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, very well balanced, and smooth. The flavor profile is a delicious blueberry with notes of integrated oak with hints of black currant. The finish is dry and its moderate tannins are sticky and linger for quite some time. This wine was one of our favorite offering in this year's CDP tasting at the Boston Wine Expo. We suggest serving it with a well-marbled ribeye. Enjoy - Ken
