Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Grenache based wine opens with a red currant bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced, and very easy to drink. The flavor profile is a fruit forward plum with notes of oak and blueberry. The finish is dry and its moderate dusty tannins are nicely prolonged. This wine would pair well with slow cooked pulled pork. Enjoy – Ken
