On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, well balanced, and smooth. The flavor profile is a tasty mild black currant and gentle black raspberry blend with notes of blueberry and oak. The finish is dry and its well managed tannins are sticky and show nice length. This wine is very food friendly and would pair well with a pork tenderloin seasoned with thyme.
