Wine Review: This dark red colored Italian wine is a very good value. It opens with a faint cranberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and easy to enjoy. The flavor profile is a gentle oak and cherry blend with notes of faint minerality in the background. I also detected hints of dry herbs mixed in as well. The finish is dry and its moderate tannins drift away nicely. This wine is not overly complex, but it is food friendly and versatile. I would pair it with meat lasagna or spaghetti and meatballs. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Ruby red, Sedara 2015 offers a fruity bouquet with scents of blackberries and blueberries combined with a light spicy note of black pepper. The palate displays good structure with suave tannins and pleasant freshness. A soft red, versatile for food pairing, perfect for every day. Serve with lasagna, chicken cacciatore or seared tuna.
