Wine Review: This straw colored Riesling opens with a mild pilsner beer and ripe pear bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, rather sweet, acidic and juicy. The flavor profile is a spicy apple and clementine blend with hints Smarties and lychee. The finish remains sweet and lingers a bit. This Riesling would pair well with sharp cheddar cheese.
