Wine Review: This pale straw colored Riesling from Mosel opens with a petrol and mild clementine bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, nicely acidic and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is an off-dry green apple and ripe Bosc pear. This is also plenty of minerality to of set the gentle sweetness. The finish remains off-dry and lingers for quite some time. This wine would pair well with cashew chicken. Enjoy – Ken
