Wine Review: This almost clear colored Riesling from Dr. Loosen is very good. It opens with a pleasant floral bouquet with hints of lychee and pear. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, slightly acidic and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a mineral infused green apple and ginger blend with notes of apricot and hints of iced tea. The finish is off-dry and subtle. The Panel suggested pairing it with bacon wrapped scallops. Enjoy - KWGTP
