Wine Review: This bright red colored Pinot Noir from Drew opens with a fragrant and inviting ripe strawberry bouquet with hints of red raspberry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and juicy. The flavor profile is a mineral influenced pomegranate and strawberry blend with hints of black pepper, cranberry and red raspberry. The finish is dry and its flavors linger nicely. This Pinot would pair well with a roasted pork tenderloin. Enjoy - Ken
