Wine Review: This yellow colored Chard opens with a light pear like bouquet with a hint of oak. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced, and slightly creamy. The flavor profile is a toasted oak with spicy pear notes. The finish is dry and its oak flavors continue to linger for a little bit. I would pair this Chard with a roasted garlic chicken. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: In the glass the 2007 vintage begins with tropical fruit aromas such as melon, Asian pear, and white peach. On the palate, the wine exudes rich Chardonnay flavors. Layers of nutmeg, baked apple, and almond flavors fill the mouth with more exotic characters of tangerine, apricot, and floral elements. This deftly balanced Chardonnay matches ripe fruit flavors and seamless acidity with good structure and a sense of purity and finesse on the finish.

Organic status: not organic

Champagne for breakfast and a Sherman in my hand. Peached up, Peached Ale, never fails. Must have been a dream I don't believe where I've been. Come on, let's do it again. Do you...you, feel like I do?
