Wine Review: This bright ruby colored Pinot Noir opens with a fragrant black cherry and mild oak bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a mild oak infused plum with notes of gentle oak and black pepper. I also detected a hint of black raspberry. The finish is dry and its flavors and mild acidity linger for a little while after the wine is gone. This wine would pair well with grilled salmon. Enjoy - Ken
