This Chard opens with an attractive spicy apple like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, balanced, soft, and creamy. The flavor profile is a buttery popcorn style with notes of light oak. The finish is dry and lingers slightly. This wine would pair nicely with chicken, broccoli, and ziti smothered in a white cream sauce.
