On the palate, this wine is light bodied, slightly effervescent, and lively. The flavor profile is a slightly sweet tangy green apple and clementine blend. The finish is nicely sweet and pleasantly refreshing. This wine paired perfectly with the white chocolate truffle. Enjoy - Ken Winemaker Notes: The color is yellow tending towards green, alive and brilliant. The scent, intense varietal, ample and recalls acacia flowers, orange, and yellow peach.
