Wine Review: If you are looking for a great value Rose for the summer, here you go. This dark rose colored wine opens with a mild pear bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and balanced. The flavor profile is a mineral infused tart plum with a hint of pomegranate. The finish is dry and its minerality notes linger on after the wine is gone. Pair this pleasant Rose with grilled rainbow trout foil wrapped in butter or your favorite fish off the grill. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Wine made from the Garnacha variety by the traditional "free-running" technique. The result is a raspberry-pink wine with attractive fresh aromas of ripe fruit, watermelon and strawberry. Smooth and tasty in the mouth with a spicy finish. Excellent with, poultry, fish, cheese, Tapas and wild mushroom risotto.
