Wine Review: This pale yellow colored wine opens with a mild green pear like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, balanced, and easy to drink. The flavor profile is a pleasant mineral infused green pear. The finish is dry and nicely refreshing. The finish is dry and nicely refreshing. Pair this wine with steamed mussels in garlic and wine broth. As a matter of fact, pour a little into the dish while simmering. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Fruit aroma, showing lime, passion fruit, and kiwi. Fresh Fruit, minerality, well balanced, elegant & intense.
