Wine Review: This very dark colored Syrah opens with a boysenberry and blackberry bouquet with a whiff of black pepper. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and very juicy with spicy mulberry flavors. There are also black licorice notes as well. The finish is dry and its moderate tannins linger for a little while. This is a friendly enough Syrah to pair with a pork tenderloin. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: The grapes from this wine come from our estate vineyard where the winery is located. Present on the nose of this savory syrah are layers of blackberry, plum, anise, sage and tobacco leaf. Irresistible flavors of black cherry, blackberry, cassis, dark chocolate and vanilla are sure to please the palate.
